On Nov. 2, 2012, we held a excellent staff forum in meeting room.
At the meeting, everybody speak freely, puts forward some suggestions and opinions on the management of the company. On the one hand, we make company more aware of the needs of employees, on the other hand we also let employees more clearly the development direction of the company.
Both sides realize that only if we cooperate with each other, taking into account the interests of both employers and employees, we just can move towards a brighter and more brilliant direction.
