2017/1/14 Annual Summary and Shareholders' Meeting in 2016

On the afternoon of Jan. 14, 2017, the company held management meetings and shareholder meetings in the conference room.
At the management meeting, managers made statements to the General Assembly on the work under their jurisdiction, summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the year, and formulated the work objectives and action plans for 2017.
At the subsequent shareholders' meeting, Mr. Li reported to shareholders on its financial situation for one year and made an expectation of its profit target for 2017.
Finally, conference discussion and pass vote with the whole ticket dividend scheme in 2016.
On the evening, company held a year-end dinner in XiangYuanSiWei Restaurant.
Company commended the excellent staff at the scene and held Grab Red Envelope activities by WeChat.
After dinner, all the colleagues went to ShengLong KTV to continue their entertainment activities.
